Print Stocktake Analysis

Click on the icon to Perform the Stocktake Analysis procedure, display result, and print result if acceptable or select Reports from the Menu Bar by clicking on the Reports option of the Menu Bar or by pressing the 'Alt' and 'R' keys simultaneously.

Select Analysis from the Reports Pulldown Menu by entering 'A' or by clicking on the menu option.

Click on the OK button to start the Stocktake Analysis or click on the Cancel button to terminate the report.

At the first prompt check the reports that you require and enter the number of copies you require of the stocktake analysis. Click on the OK button to print the Stocktake Analysis or click on the Cancel button to cancel the reports. The defaults for the Stocktake Analysis Reports are set up in the Utilities Main Menu as option Set Up Reports

You will given the opportunity to enter a value which will represent the value of Bottles and Cases held on your premises. This is normally only used once a year on the final stocktake of the accounting year.
